Return Procedures

• You must return any products that you do not want within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or return.
• You will send your unwanted goods via courier.  This part of the procedure will come at your own expense.  You MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned goods or we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
• You will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment was made (i.e. if you paid with your credit card your refund will be applied to it as well).  It may take up to 7 days for us to process the return after we receive a tracking number from you.

NOTE:  Please keep in mind that the product will be returned to China.  We will absorb initial shipping fees and no restocking fee will be charged for returned luxury goods, but we cannot pay for shipping both ways.

Important Information When Returning Goods
